And even the tender moments conveyed through softer angles from Kim comforting Adam at the top of the hour, to the little zoom-in on shoulder touches and so forth from Voight, Atwater, and Trudy to either half of Burzek struck the right emotional chord.
Burgess did an excellent job at keeping Ruzek's head on straight for at least half the hour when they both were losing their minds. But as the stress of everything intensified and they feared they wouldn't get to Mak in time, the tension between them switched.

The Mother points out that her initials are on it "TM" Tracy McConnell. They share a beautiful moment. Ted then says and that kids is how I met your mother. His kids don't buy it though. They bring up how their mom was barely in the story and that the point of the story is that Ted is in love with Robin. They convince him to ask her out because their mom has been gone for six years. Instead Ted brings her the blue French horn like he did in the pilot and the show comes full circle.
A very emotional episode to watch. I was So scared it would be Carol or Michonne who would get killed. I never dreamed what was to come. When it was showing the heads and came to Enid, I just lost it and cried. But then Tara and Henry. It was awful. Still upset
